Product Information and Pricing

shoppod Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability information accurate and current. Should an error affect product details, pricing, or availability, we retain the right to rectify that error and to cancel any order placed on the basis of the incorrect information at no cost to you. For goods that naturally vary (such as handmade items or products made from natural materials), minor differences in size, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference purposes only; shoppod Store cannot warrant that products are entirely free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, chosen pickup location, and selected time slot.

Orders and Payment

User Responsibilities

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms
